- Is there a limit on guests or uploads?
- No. Every plan supports unlimited guests and unlimited photo uploads. The Premium and Luxe plans also include unlimited video.
- Which plan should I choose?
- Premium is right for most weddings — it adds unlimited video and a full-gallery download. Choose Luxe if you want a custom-designed QR sign matched to your wedding stationery.
- Can I upgrade later?
- Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time, even after the wedding, and only pay the difference.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If you haven't shared your QR code with guests yet, we'll refund your purchase in full within 30 days — just email us.
